Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The product must not be used or damaged

  • The product must include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, please ensure that the product is securely packaged before shipping it back.

Please note that items on sale (discounted) are also eligible for refunds under the same conditions.

Refunds

To ensure a prompt refund, Please return the product within 10 business days of your request. Refunds are not applicable; store credit valid for 180 days will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with the tag intact, and in the same condition as when you received it.

We are happy to refund the full item value; however, COD fees cover the completed delivery service and are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer one-time product exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you’d like to switch to a different size or variant.

Shipping Returns
